ABEV & BEKE works with founders from pre-seed onwards: choosing the right customer and problem, going to market, and building the operations to grow beyond the home market.
Founders build the product. The commercial questions come next and are harder to answer from inside the company: which customer, which problem, at what price, and how to turn a pilot into a contract.
ABEV & BEKE works alongside the founding team to build that commercial engine, so the founders can stay focused on the product.
Before any pipeline is built: who the buyer is, who the end user is, and which of several possible problems is worth solving first. Tested in direct conversations with customers while the product keeps moving.
Market entry planning, pipeline design and direct outbound to enterprise buyers, built around the company's actual product and stage.
Securing, structuring and running proofs of concept and technical integrations with enterprise and platform partners, with clear success criteria from the start.
Pricing models, sales feedback loops into product, and aligning the roadmap with what customers will pay for.

Remote solar project operations run across 12 international markets for Solargik.
ABEV & BEKE is led by Meydan Ben-Barak, who has taken technology products from the lab to revenue across Europe, North America and Israel.
At OrCam he built the Nordic business through dealers, hospitals and national government tenders, then moved to North America as Deputy General Manager to set up the US subsidiary and scale the new vertical. He has since led Venda Robotics as CEO, bringing its robotics platform out of a stalled R&D phase, co-founded Deep Blue Innovation as COO, and run field operations across 12 markets for Solargik.
From 2011 to 2018 he served as a Director at the National Security Council in the Prime Minister's Office of Israel. He holds an MA in Politics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and works in English, Hebrew and German.
Outside client work he runs Ben-Barak Wine, a social wine enterprise whose profits fund cancer research and memorial projects.
The first conversation is a working session, not a pitch. Expect questions about your buyer, your end user and the problem you have chosen to solve first.
